How it works
What to expect
We value the uniqueness of your hair and the importance of personalized attention. This session includes a thorough consultation where we discuss your hair history and goals. Together, we'll devise a plan to achieve your desired look while preserving the health of your hair.
To specially craft the extensions transformation you've been dreaming of, please anticipate spending approximately 4-6 hours during this initial session. We want to make sure every detail is perfect.
Initial Installation Options
During your Initial Installation appointment, you have a variety of options to choose from. These options can be stand alone extensions + install OR include being treated to a luxurious color service that encompasses a range of techniques, including highlights, balayage, toners, color melts, root melts, and more.
Our aim is to deliver a stunning and tailor-made color experience that leaves you feeling confident and satisfied with your new look. These custom packages also include upgraded treatments, a haircut blend to shape your new style, a luxe finish, and our exclusive Hair Link Home Care Kit. This kit is designed to help you maintain your investment and keep your hair looking fabulous between appointments.
Investment
All installation appointments require a non-refundable retainer of 50% of your custom service package PRIOR to your initial appointment. This retainer covers your hair and is a security deposit for your spot. At the time of your appointment, you will pay for the remainder of your investment. All cancellations or reschedules must be made with at least 48 hours notice or will forfeit the retainer.
EXTENSION PACKAGES
This option is ideal for the woman who wants to add volume and texture at her current natural length or slightly longer. Hair cost depends on length.
One Row Packages
Starts at $1400+
This option is ideal for the woman whose hair length is at least to her collarbones and would like to add significant length.
Two Row Packages
Starts at 2450+
Includes transformative color and installation of 3 rows for the highly-sought-after “social media influencer, Pinterest-worthy, glam” hair. This option also may be required for the woman who desires significant added length but her own natural hair has shorter layers that require additional extension hair to be able to create a blended and natural end result.
Three Row Packages
Starts at 3500+

Extension Maintenance
The Maintenance Appointment menu is for existing clients. Maintenance Appointments are required every 6-9 weeks for IBE® hand-tied extension methods. Extension Maintenance can be stand alone move up (once, every other appointment) OR include: Washhouse Experience , Extension Move up, Extension Custom Color Refresh & Luxury Treatment, Blow out & Style.
1 ROW – $200-$400+
2 ROW – $350-$650+
3 ROW – $600-$750+
